Changing dishes
Eetcafe Thijs has a fixed menu with a rotating selection of seasonal dishes. Tasty dishes featuring seasonal vegetables or fish; more flavourful and more sustainable.
So we have, for example, mussels from September to March, and asparagus in March and April. And a new dish every two weeks, without fail. Think of salmon, a lovely roasted free-range chicken, spare ribs, savoury tart, king prawns, homemade soups, etc.
Our changing specials are always on the chalkboards inside and also outside.
