Do you have something to celebrate? A happy gathering, something with colleagues, or a sad occasion (e.g. after a funeral)? We'd be happy to serve you and provide a delicious and worry-free lunch.

Eetcafé Thijs is ideally suited for this. Are there children present? Lovely, cosy. They'll have a great time too on one of the squash courts.

We have an extensive lunch menu with delicious sandwiches, uitsmijters, and toasties, but we're also happy to serve hot dishes for lunch. Eetcafé Thijs is a neighbourhood café, so it's not a trendy place.

Eetcafé THIJS is located in the Nieuw Sloten district in Slotervaart. You can park for free right outside our establishment, and we are also easily accessible by public transport. Tram line 2 stops just 100 metres away.

Eetcafé Thijs has 4 spots where you and a (large) group can enjoy a lovely lunch together.

The terrace for up to 40 people (with a roof and heaters for when the weather turns), the Snug (14 people; is upstairs and has a balcony), t’Hoekie (20 people), and the café (max 60 people)
