Eetcafé Thijs is excellent for this. Bringing the children along? Lovely, good fun. They'll have a great time too on one of the squash courts. A bouncy castle or ball pit are possibilities. Kids happy, parents happy!

Our menu changes regularly with surprising weekly specials. In addition, we have our trusted classics, such as tenderloin satay and our chicken, beef, or vegan burgers. Simply delicious, no fuss.

What does your party cost?
Prices vary for everyone. Do you want snacks and what kind of snacks (not necessarily from the existing menu), and how often, what do you want to drink, and how long will your celebration be? Not everyone drinks alcohol, nor does everyone drink the same amount. We think it's important to discuss this together on location to reach an amount that we are both happy with. A DJ or your own music files, bringing a cake – all of that is possible. Hanging up streamers and balloons is also allowed. We guarantee a sharp price. Eetcafé Thijs is a neighbourhood café, and we want to be there for the neighbourhood as well.
Sportclub Match & Eetcafé THIJS is located in the Nieuw Sloten district of Slotervaart. Paid parking until 7:00 PM. There is a blue zone at the shopping centre, which almost always has parking available, but we are also easily accessible by public transport. Tram line 2 stops 100 metres away from us.
We have 4 locations where you can host a fun party with a (large) group. De Snug and ’t Hoekie are special areas, where you really have your own space. But because it's attached to Eetcafé Thijs, you also get the lively atmosphere of the pub/restaurant.
The terrace for up to 60 people (with a roof and heaters, for when the weather doesn't cooperate), the Snug (20 people, located upstairs with a balcony), ’t Hoekie (35 people), and the café (100+ people). These can, of course, also be booked together.
